Innovative steam system: unlike other systems, the steam is generated outside the oven compartment in our appliances. The steam flows into the oven compartment at high speed and displaces the oxygen. Ample space, fast cleaning: the stainless steel oven compartment has a usable capacity of up to 40 litres and can therefore accommodate large cooking containers – for example, for whole chickens or fish. This means you can cook complete menus for 8 to 10 people – with more freedom and convenience. As well as providing ample space, the oven compartment is completely rustproof and very easy to clean.
