If we find any of our products defective during the guarantee or warranty period, our suppliers are quick to resolve the situation at absolutely no cost to the customers! But of course we rarely have this sort of situation.
Our Inverters come in the form of control units. They are the general overseers of the entire system.
At A-Plus Power solution Ltd, all our inverters come with charger and transfer capability. These are very important for battery control. We normally adopt the charge regime to suit the application and the environment in which the system is installed.
At A-plus power solution Ltd, all our inverters also have the capability to work with numerous sources of energy, examples are wind, solar, mains and Gen-set.
We advise customers on the best source of energy for their system on completion of customer survey.
This is the heart of any inverter backup solution. A system is as good as the batteries used. Bad batteries will only result in bad application.
As such, at A –Plus Power Solution Limited, we are very thorough in the selection of our Batteries. For most of our applications, we use the Rolls 5000 Batteries. These are one of the best batteries specifically designed for renewable energy application.
At A-plus Power Solution Limited, we closely monitor the health of our batteries in all applications. The nature of batteries we use puts us in full control of the performance of the batteries.
If we found that there is a problem with a cell in the battery, we can easily isolate and repair or replace the damaged cell. This attribute is unlike most batteries in the industry. The local practice will be to replace the whole battery bank!
Our batteries also come with 10 years manufacturer’s warranty.
This panel is likened to the “Gen-Man” made by SMA power Ltd. This is an interface between our inverters, generators and mains power. The A+ AMF panel takes command solely from the inverter control and executes the action. With the “A+ AMF Panel” A changeover switch will no longer be required.
A+ AMF Panel also comes with automatic phase selector. Such that manual selection of mains phases is not required because of our automatic phase selection concept.
A+AMF panel also comes with “Twinkle chargers” for applications that requires such e.g. Telecoms.
